God almighty, we call on you to get our men and women off the street!  As winter approaches throughout our nation, give them the warmth of the experience of your love and the full stomach of hope.  Turn them into tomorrow’s inspiring stories of business and community leaders who lead our communities to a place of compassion and mercy for the poor and despairing.  Show anyone sleeping on a sidewalk that you can erase their past and build a future of purpose and meaning.

Dear Father,

There are so many women who are broken throughout the US.  They have such important roles – mothers, daughters, sisters, employees, neighbors, volunteers, and leaders.  Women are often the glue that holds organizations together and they often challenge the men to be the best they can be.  When a woman’s life is broken, the institutions she contributes to suffer.  We ask that you bring restoration and healing to women around the country who are dealing with addiction, depression, trauma, and eating disorders.
